Which documents do I need to bring?

A valid driving licence, your citizen card or passport, and a credit card in the driver's name.

How old do I have to be?

Drivers must be at least 21. Between 21 and 25 a young driver supplement applies.

Is insurance part of the price?

Yes. Basic cover (CDW) is included in every rental from Viseu, and full cover can be added at the desk.

Can I leave the car in another city?

Yes, one-way rentals are possible. Returns outside Viseu may carry an extra charge depending on the distance.

How does the fuel work?

Full to full. You take the car with a full tank in Viseu and bring it back the same way.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up. Changes can be made at any time, subject to availability.

Is there a kilometre limit?

Most of our rentals include unlimited kilometres. A few special models have a daily limit, always shown on the car's page.
